Chapter 1 GENERAL

제 1 조 (목적) The first (Purpose)

본 회는 본 회가 보유하고 있는 합기도, 격투기, 무예검도 및 경찰경호무술의 모든 것을 현대적 무술로 재조명하여 체계적으로 승화시켜 한국 정통 무예의 위상을 드높이고, 국내․외의 우수한 무예 지도자를 부단히 양성하여 전 세계에 파견함으로써 국위 선양에 일익을 담당함을 목적으로 한다.

Our prime purpose is that revaluate our "kapkido" "fight" "martial art kumdo" and "convoy martial art" to modern martial art and improve topology of korean legitimacy martial art by systematically sublimate.

we also purpose that enhance the prestige of the country by continuous train and despatch prominent martial art leader all over the world

제 2 조 (명칭) The seconds (Name)

이 법인은 “사단법인 국제연맹합기도 중앙협회 , 국제연맹격투기 중앙협회 , 국제연맹무예검도 중앙협회”(이하 “본 회”)라 한다.

This association is called "An association of International Hapkido Central Federation, International Fight Central Federation , International Martial art kumdo Central Federation (after "The federation")

제 3 조 (소재지) The thirds (location)

본 회의 사무국은 대한민국 부산광역시 북구 만덕동 275번지에 둔다.

제 4 조 (사업) The forth (Business)

1.본 회는 제1조의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음의 사업을 한다.

The federation do next business to achieve our purpose

1) 합기도, 격투기, 무예검도의 이론 정립을 위한 연구 활동 사업.

Study activities to theorize of kapkido , fight , martial art kumdo

2) 국제연맹 무예의 국내․외 보급 및 타 무도와의 교류 사업.

Make an exchange with other martial art and supply international martial art

3) 국내․외 실기 연수를 통한 술기 통합 사업.

Motion unify by domestic and international technical study

4) 국내 및 국제대회 개최.

Open domestic and international conference

5) 승단 심사 및 지도자 교육.

Upgrade test and leader education

6) 기타 본 회의 목적달성에 필요한 사업.

2. 제1항의 목적 사업의 경비를 조달하기 위하여 다음의 수익사업을 할 수 있다.

1) 국내․외 지도자 실기 연수 시 소정의 연수교육비 수납.

Acceptance certain cost when domestic and international leader's

practical technique training

2) 승단 심사 시 유단자 회비 수납.

Acceptance grade holder's membership fee when upgrading test

제 5 조 (회원의 자격) The fifth (The qualification of member)

본 회의 회원은 본 회의 설립취지에 찬동하고 소정의 입회신청서를 제출하여 이사회의 승인을 얻은 개인 또는 단체로 한다.
